You are now feeling comfortable and want to venture on your own, but don't know how to modify a deck yet? This is the table you are looking for. Tables self govern rollbacks and help each other out.

Tables 2 & 3, or any open table

Starting to feel it? You looked up some decks on Moxfield and want to try your new combos out.  These tables are for you.  Decks here can be modified. Tables self govern rollbacks and help each other out. 

Tables 4-8, or Any open table

You want a challenge.  You tweaked your mana curve to perfection. Your deck will be spoken of in legends.  Standard rules, no rollbacks.  Competitive mindset with fun people.

Tables 9&10, or any open table

Set it up however you want and at whatever time makes sense for you.  First person to sign up sets the time based off eastern and the style.
